Sunday, December 6, 2015 ~ Mom Cancels Tracy's Hippotherapy With Susan At Bit By Bit In Davie Due To Bad Weather This Afternoon ~ Mom canceled Tracy's Hippotherapy at Bit By Bit in Davie this afternoon due to rainy weather. It rained most of the day and then a cold front moved in. The low is predicted to be in the high 60's this evening. Tracy & Ketteline Spend The Afternoon Outside By The Pool ~ Mom worked on Tracy's webpage while Tracy and Ketteline spent the afternoon outside by the pool. The weather finally cleared up and the rain moved out. Mom, Dad & Tracy Relax & Catch Up On Their Television Shows This Evening ~ Mom, Dad and Tracy relaxed and caught up on their recorded shows. Saturday, December 5, 2015 ~ Wilmene Gives Tracy A Facial This Morning ~ Wilmene gave Tracy a facial this morning. She really enjoys her Spa Saturdays! Mom & Dad Go To Ron's Bikram Hot Yoga Practice This Morning At Bikram Yoga In Boca Raton ~ Mom and Dad made it through their Bikram yoga practice this morning with Ron at Bikram of Boca Raton. It was a great class, hot and humid as always. Mom & Dad Stop At The Town Center Mall This Afternoon ~ Mom and Dad stopped off at the Town Center mall after Yoga this afternoon to pick up some things for the wedding. Dad found a pretty royal blue Tommy Bahama shirt and some nice light khaki pants and tan shoes. He is going to look amazing. Dee Comes To Do Physical Therapy This Afternoon ~ Dee came to do Physical Therapy with Tracy this afternoon. He stretched and ranged her on the therapy mat, making sure to stretch her back and hips. Then it was time for trunk and neck strengthening exercises on the therapy bench. Tracy works so hard during her therapy sessions. Mom, Dad & Tracy Watch The Gators Vs. Friday, December 4, 2015 ~ Mom Goes To Veronica's Hot Yoga Practice This Morning At Awaken Hot Yoga Studio In Lighthouse Point ~ Mom had a great Hot Yoga Practice with Veronica this morning at Awaken Hot Yoga Studio in Lighthouse Point. It was just what she needed after a very busy week. Tracy Wears Her Wrist Splints This Afternoon ~ Tracy is doing a good job wearing her wrist splints for three hours this afternoon. Mom Runs Errands This Afternoon ~ Mom ran errands this afternoon and got a lot done. Mom Gets The Hallway Ceiling Painted This Afternoon ~ Mom got the hallway painted this afternoon. Rich does such a nice job and is an excellent painter. Mom & Dad Watch Satisfaction This Evening ~ Mom and Dad watched Satisfaction this evening. It is such a good show. Thursday, December 3, 2015 ~ Mom Skips Yoga Today Due To Carpet Installation ~ Mom hated to miss her Hot Yoga class this morning with Kate. Danny was here to install the new carpet on the stairs. It is so pretty and he did an awesome job. Mom Teaches Her Spin Class This Evening At The Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club This Evening ~ Mom taught her Spin class this evening at 6 PM at the Lighthouse Point Yacht and Racquet Club. She had three spinners this evening. It promises to build each week, especially since this is the start of the winter season.
Wednesday, December 2, 2015 ~ Mom Goes To Keri's Yoga Class This Morning ~ Mom went to Keri's Hot Yoga practice this morning at Awaken Hot Yoga Studio in Lighthouse Point. It was a fun class with a killer playlist. Tracy, Wilmene & Ketteline Spend The Afternoon Outside By The Pool ~ Tracy, Wilmene and Ketteline spent the afternoon outside by the pool. It was a beautiful day with lots of heat and humidity. Mom Goes To American Yoga For The Connected Warrior Class This Afternoon ~ Mom went to the Connected Warriors class at American Yoga in the Cove this afternoon. It is so exciting to be a part of this amazing program serving those who have served. Mom, Dad, & Tracy Miss The Christmas Tree Lighting In Lighthouse Point This Evening ~ Mom, Tracy, Ketteline and Dad ended up missing the tree lighting at McDonough Park due to the power outages and power line issues they experienced this evening. They were blocked in the house and driveway due to the power company replacing the lines. The generator did not work and Mom had to call out the Kohler generator technician.
