Boy did she hold them in the poses. Tracy Wears Her Wrist Splints This Afternoon ~ Tracy is doing a good job wearing her wrist splints for three hours this afternoon. Mom Goes To Her Routine Dental Appointment This Afternoon At Dr. Camuccio's In Pompano Beach ~ Mom had a successful dental appointment with Dr. Camuccio at Creative Smiles in Pompano Beach. She got a very good report. Marcus Comes To Do Physical Therapy With Tracy This Evening ~ Marcus came to do Tracy's Physical Therapy this evening. He started with Tracy on the therapy peanut ball working on Tracy's neck and trunk strengthening exercises in front of the full length mirror. She is getting a little stronger each day. Sunday, November 29, 2015 ~ Mom Cancels Tracy's Hippotherapy With Susan At Bit By Bit In Davie Due To Susan Being Out Of Town ~ Mom canceled Tracy's Hippotherapy at Bit By Bit in Davie this afternoon due to Susan being out of town for the long weekend. Tracy & Ketteline Spend The Afternoon Outside By The Pool ~ Tracy and Ketteline spent the afternoon outside by the pool. The weather was nice and they really enjoyed being outside by the pool in the sunshine. Mom, Dad & Tracy Go To Mass At St. Joan Of Arc Church In Boca Raton This Evening ~ Mom, Dad and Tracy met Aunt Diane and Uncle Jeff at mass this evening and then went to dinner with them at California Pizza Kitchen at the Town Center mall. They had a nice evening. Mom, Tracy & Dad Relax & Catch Up On Their Television Shows This Evening ~ Mom, Dad and Tracy relaxed and caught up on their recorded shows. Mom is really hooked on Quantico! It was nice to see them retain Les Miles too, especially after all of the talk of firing him on social media all week. It was just what she needed after a crazy Thanksgiving! Tracy Wears Her Wrist Splints This Afternoon ~ Tracy is doing a good job wearing her wrist splints for three hours this afternoon. Dad Is Off Today ~ Dad was off today and Mom took full advantage of having Dad home to catch up on some errands and repairs. Dad Works On Consulting Cases This Afternoon ~ Dad worked on his consulting cases this afternoon. Marcus Comes To Do Physical Therapy This Afternoon ~ Marcus came to do Physical Therapy with Tracy this evening. Thursday, November 26, 2015 ~ Happy Thanksgiving & Happy Birthday Cousin Michelle ~ Mom Goes To Keri's Hot Yoga Class This Morning At Awaken Hot Yoga Studio In Lighthouse Point ~ Mom had a very challenging Hot Yoga practice with Keri this morning at Awaken Hot Yoga Studio in Lighthouse Point. It was a great way to gve thanks on Thanksgiving! Uncle Johnny Comes Over To Say Mass Before Thanksgiving At The Yacht Club ~ Uncle Johnny came over to say Mass for Thanksgiving prior to dinner at the Lighthouse Point Yacht and Racquet Club. Aunt Diane and Jeff joined us. Mom, Dad, Tracy, Aunt Diane, Uncle Jeff, & Uncle Johnny Enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner At The Yacht Club This Evening ~ Everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving Dinner at the yacht club this evening. The food is always good and the company excellent. Mom, Dad, Tracy, Uncle Johnny, Aunt Diane, & Uncle Jeff Decorate The Christmas Tree This Evening ~ Everyone was enjoying decorating the Christmas tree with the music playing Christmas carols when the power went out. The generator kicked on and when Mom and Dad went outside to see if the street power was out, they saw two live wires down about three houses up. There was smoke and flames coming from the front lawn of two houses, and the wind was really blowing. Mom called 911 and the LHP Fire Department arrived along with the police. They worked for several hours to put the fire out and to restore power.

It was a beautiful day with lots of heat and humidity. Ketteline Gives Tracy A Manicure This Evening ~ Ketteline gave Tracy a maniucure this evening. She does such a good job! It was a great class, hot and humid as always. Dee Comes To Do Physical Therapy This Afternoon ~ Dee came to do Physical Therapy with Tracy this afternoon. He stretched and ranged her on the therapy mat, making sure to stretch her back and hips. Then it was time for trunk and neck strengthening exercises on the therapy bench. Tracy works so hard during her therapy sessions. Uncle Johnny Comes Over To Say Mass For Mom, Dad & Tracy This Afternoon ~ Mom, Dad and Tracy were very appreciative of Uncle Johnny saying Mass for them this evening. It was so nice to not have to take Tracy to church before dinner at Matteo's. It was very challenging especially after yesterday's special class with Eric. Kate had the class hold the poses and did a lot of hip openers. Mom was very sore to say the least. She had three spinners this evening. It promises to build each week, especially since this is the start of the winter season.

Friday, November 13, 2015 ~ Mom & Rene' Go To The Yoga Journal Live Yoga Conference At The Westin Hotel In Hollywood This Morning ~ Ketteline arrived at 7:30 so Mom and Rene' could leave for the Yoga Journal Live Yoga Conference at the Westin Hotel in Hollywood. It was an all day intensive with Rodney and Colleen Saidman Yee. They learned a lot and really enjoyed participating in the retreat. He concentrated on Tracy's pectorals, forearms, wrists and hands. Mom Cancels Marcus' Physical Therapy Session With Tracy This Evening ~ Mom canceled Tracy's Physical Therapy session with Marcus this evening because we were in Miami traffic until 7:30 PM. Tracy had another great Hippotherapy session with Susan, sitting up tall on Chubbie requiring minimal stabilization by the sidewalkers. Her head control has improved as well. She really enjoys her Hippotherapy sessions with Chubbie! He was copping an attitude today! Not sure why but sometimes he just has to strut his stuff! Training This Morning In Boca Raton ~ Mom really learned a lot at the Connected Warriors Training this morning in Boca Raton. It was packed with very valuable information regarding this creative and worthwhile program for providing free yoga to Veterans, the military and their families. Mom Adds Another Spin Class Thursday Evenings At Six ~ Mom added another Spin class on Thursday evenings at 6 PM. She got three participants this evening. It promises to build each week, especially since this is the start of the winter season.
Wednesday, November 4, 2015 ~ Mom Goes To Keri's Hot Yoga Practice This Morning At Awaken Hot Yoga Studio In Lighthouse Point ~ Mom had a good Hot Yoga practice this morning with Keri at Awaken Hot Yoga Studio in Lighthouse Point. It was a hot and sweaty class, just the type Mom thrives on! Mom Goes To Liz's Yoga Stretch Class This Afternoon At The Yacht Club ~ Mom went to Liz's Yoga Stretch with Liz at the yacht club this afternoon. It was a good class! Tracy, Wilmene & Ketteline Spend The Afternoon Outside By The Pool ~ Tracy, Wilmene and Ketteline spent the afternoon outside by the pool. It was a beautiful day with lots of heat and humidity. Tracy Has Physical Therapy With Marcus This Evening ~ Marcus came to do Physical Therapy with Tracy this evening. Tracy worked very hard while on the therapy ball, sitting up tall and working on trunk and neck stabilization exercises. Daily OM : We Are All Mirrors For Each Other : Reflections Of Self ~
Tuesday, November 3, 2015 ~ Mom Goes To Warm Yoga With Kate This Afternoon ~ Mom had a great Warm Yoga practice with Kate this afternoon. She always knows just what Mom needs in her yoga classes. Tracy Wears Her Wrist Splints This Afternoon ~ Tracy is doing a good job wearing her wrist splints for three hours this afternoon. Mom Teaches Spinning This Evening ~ Mom taught Spinning this evening at the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club. She had six in her class and it was a fun playlist. Daily OM : Tears: Let It Flow ~
Monday, November 2, 2015 ~ Mom Goes To Jenn's Hot Yoga Practice This Morning ~ Mom went to Jenn's Hot Yoga practice this morning. She really loves her yoga practice and does not like to skip a day! Tracy Has A Small Abrasion Over Her Right Ischial Tuberosity Due To Friction Rubbing On Chubbie ~ Tracy has a small abrasion over her right ischial tuberosity where her decubitus once was. We are putting bacitracin and calmoseptine on it and monitoring it. We will make sure it is padded better during her next Hipportherapy session. Tracy Wears Her Wrist Splints This Afternoon ~ Tracy is doing a good job wearing her wrist splints for three hours this afternoon. Marcus Comes To Do Physical Therapy With Tracy This Evening ~ Tracy had a good Physical Therapy session with Marcus this evening. Her trunk and head control are getting stronger every day. She is due for her Botox injections next week. It has been almost three months and the Botox has pretty much worn off. Daily OM : Goals: A Concrete Dream
Sunday, November 1, 2015 ~ Mom, Dad, Tracy & Ketteline Go To Hippotherapy With Susan At Bit By Bit In Davie This Afternoon ~ Mom, Dad, Tracy and Ketteline went to Hipppotherapy this morning at Bit By Bit in Davie. Tracy had one of her best rides to date, requiring very little assistance from her sidewalkers to sit up tall and balance on Chubbie. Everyone was so grateful that the weather cooperated today. Dee Comes To Do Physical Therapy With Tracy This Afternoon ~ Tracy had a good Physical Therapy session this afternoon with Dee stretching and ranging Tracy on the therapy mat. This was the first time Dee did therapy after her Hippotherapy session. It seemed to work well, and Tracy was not as exhausted as suspected. She definitely should sleep well after all of her therapy. Mom, Dad & Tracy Go To Mass This Evening At St. Ambrose Church ~ Mom, Dad and Tracy went to Mass this evening at St. Ambrose Church in Deerfield Beach.
